ESCORT JOB DESCRIPTION

Adequate adult supervision is required when walking the students from the school to the church, and back to the school again. One adult should be at the front and the other at the back of the line.
Sign in at the school site.
Assist when taking roll, and lining children up appropriately at the school; take roll again when you arrive at the church to make sure they are all there.
Crossing Streets: Safety signs are recommended when students cross any street while walking to and from a Released Time Class. Students should form two (side-by-side) lines when crossing streets.
The use of private vehicles is not recommended.
Dismissal: Released Time students must return to school. Make sure they go back inside the school. Teachers, Assistants or Escorts may not give any student a ride home from Released Time classes.
Attend monthly teachers meetings 1st Saturday each month.
Attend weekly school site assignment (on time).
Keep communications open with the Teacher, because it might be some last minute changes on CRT part or the school.
Keep CRT, the school administrators, and the children in Prayer.
