OUR MEMORIZATION SCRIPTURE T-SHIRTS

These are the five (5) memory verses that the students have to memorize each session. Each child who memorizes the scriptures for the session receives a Scripture T-Shirt, and special recognition.

ELINOR L. WOODS/OUR CURRICULUM

Elinor L. Woods attended Los Angeles Bible Training School from 1964 through 1965. She also was under the tutelage of Dr. J. Vernon McGee of the Church of the Open Door for five years.

For more than 30 years, Mrs, Woods held a women's Bible study in her home in Los Angeles, Ca. She Taught Sunday School at her church-Trinity Baptist. She has spoken at Women's Mission Day programs, seminars, workshops and Mother's Day events. Because of her life experiences in the ministry, she was licensed by the African American Episcopal (AME) Church to teach or preach in any of their churches. However, she is of the Baptist Faith. She is a mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Mrs. Woods was the wife of Dr. Milton Woods, M.D., a retired physician and an ordained minister, who preceded her in death. They were married for 49 years. Dr. Woods graduated from Biola University, Talbot School of Theology, located in La Mirada California with a Masters of Divinity, Magna Cum Laude, in 1990. In 1997 he also received a Masters of Theology from the "Masters Seminary" founded by John MacArthur, San Fernando, Ca. Dr. Woods would teach a Bible Study in his home on Friday evenings where he taught the Bible to many people.

Presentation of Proclamations 2018

Elinor L. Woods is the former Executive Director of Christian Released Time Education program in the Los Angeles/Inglewood, Ca. school districts. This program was offered throughout the Los Angeles and Inglewood School Districts with three thousand (3,000) participating school children. Elinor L. Woods purchase the property where the current office is located, Inglewood, Ca., to establish the Headquarter office for CRTE. She was in this program for 18 years. She authored a three-volume book series entitled, "The Bible, Christ and Me." This book, in conjunction with the Holy Bible, continues to be used in the program's curriculum.
